GrooVe IP is a full-featured voice calling and texting solution for iPads and iPhones.
Once you sign in, your app provided US phone number will be able to receive calls and texts from anywhere in the world. In addition, you will be able to call and text real US and Canadian phone numbers using Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. GrooVe IP allows you to make calls using your device’s data (WiFi or mobile data) connection. If you have an iPhone or iPad with Wi-Fi connectivity but no mobile plan, you can use this app to convert it to a full-featured working phone/tablet. If you are traveling overseas, you can take your device with you and make/receive calls on WiFi without paying any carrier roaming charges. You get all of this without using any of your cellular minutes.
The app design is battery-friendly with incoming calls/texts based on push notification. Incoming calls and texts will work even if the app is not running!
Voicemail greeting is customizable. Voicemail is delivered as a voice-file attachment to an email.
This app displays NO ads.
The app requires a GrooVe IP account to operate. This can be setup and a phone number (in an area-code of your choice) can be obtained from the app.

About GrooVe IP

How to install GrooVe IP on your iOS device:

- Once the GrooVe IP is shown in the iTunes listing of your iOS device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the GET button to the right of the app to start downloading it.
- If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After GrooVe IP is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
